What do union members make?

In this forum we'll disclose how much money state employees who oppose SB5 and other union reforms earn. Relax, it's all public information. First winner is Lindsey Ritscher: teacher, anti-SB5 protester, and local rep for "No Labels." 2010 salary ($53,697) a 33% increase from 2004 salary. Days worked: 184 Lifetime pension estimate: $804,615 (assuming retirement at only 18 years) Pro-rated pay assuming a typical 2080/hour per year job: $83,149 Not bad, courtesy of you and me.

Why does wrongriki continue to lie and mis -lead ?When wrongriki says it 's for personal freedom , why do we want someething we already have ! No one is being denied their freedom of choice when they go to work in a closed shop ! They can choose not to work in a closed shop and if they go to work there they are NOT forced to join the union ! So exactly what is the reason for this legislation ? Its to try to hamper the ability to bargain collectively !Thereby making the owners more profit !How utterly republican !! Take from the poor to make the wealthy richer !So since the workers at closed shops already have their rights intact why would anything need to be done ? What a dumbas$ wrongriki ! The question is dierected at you and your supporters of this crap !You havent answered the question !!! Why do we need to legislate something we already have ? When you answer wrongriki's repetitive posts it just repeats the same ole crap , over and over !You have NO ANSWER !!!

Since wrongriki insists on wallowing in its ignorance I'll spell it out ! No#1 Why would someone who is anti-labor want a job in a closed shop ? ~ Because the pay and benefits are better ! No#2 Why are these things better ?~ Because of the power of collective bargaining !No#3~Why does wrongriki persist with the lie that workers have no choice?~ Because thats the only way wrongriki can try to justify these lies !Yes , if you get a job in a closed shop you will pay dues ! But you will have increased job security and will be paying your fair share for these benefits that the union secured for all !You recieve a service you pay for it ! Its as simple as that !!

Why does free4all continue to lie and mislead? If there were “personal freedom” then there would be no need for the “Ohio Workplace Freedom Amendment”.

free4all asks, “So exactly what is the reason for this legislation?” > ht tp://ohioansforworkplacefreedom.co m/learn <

When you answer the retired ‘free-rider’ free4all’s repetitive question he can only respond with his non-stop name-calling and insults this shows his desperation and anxiety.

With a Teacher of 27+ years close to retirement they have to find some one to mooch and loot off of . . . for the free4alls it is the compulsory members of the NEA/OEA.

Unfortunately, greedy people like the FREE4ALLs want their cake and a piece of the enslaved workers cake too. These FREE4ALLs want to keep the enslaved workers paying compulsory union dues and fees for their sole ‘collective’ benefit. How characteristically Collectivist. Free4all is a union retiree with a ‘free-rider’ membership and his teacher of 27+ is or wants to be a NEA/OEA union fat cat because their pay and benefits are better when they can mooch and loot off the enslaved workers.

What is the reason for this legislation?

The Ohio Workplace Freedom Amendment guarantees Ohioans have a choice in whether or not they join a labor union and pay dues or fees at their place of work as a condition of employment.

Workplace freedom is about choice – the choice to join a union, and the choice to not join a union. Workplace freedom guarantees that decision is left to each individual’s personal preference, and insures that no one is forced to join a union against their will or pay union dues or fees just to have a job.

Unfortunately, Ohio is currently a “forced union” state. That means – if a workplace is unionized, in order to have a job at that place of business, you can be forced to pay union dues or fees just to have a job.

As usual wrongriki lies and mis-leads !Anyone choosing to work in a closed shop has already exercised their right of choice !And no one is forced to join the union ! So as usual wrongriki only tells you what it wants ! The underlying reason for this legislation is to hamper the unions ability to bargain collectively ! Thats it and since no one is being denied their rights that renders wrongriki's bullsh!t moot ! It has NO ARGUEMENT !I'd call you foolish and stupid but that would be an insult to foolish stupid people everwhere !

Why would we want to make Ohio a Workplace Freedom state?

1. Personal Freedom: choice should be protected for all Ohioans. No one should be forced to join a union or pay dues or fees against their will just to have a job. Freedom has no singular owner, nor should it. In guaranteeing workers their freedom of choice, we are protecting individual freedoms for all Ohioans.

Facts are wrongriki has absolutely no idea as to "why we fight" ! Considering it has never been in a union and knows nothing about the how and why unions exist ! I get my facts from being in a union and attending meetings and dealing with corporate america ! Wrongriki's "facts" come from right-wing bullsh!t factories where all it does is parrot whatever they say !Tell us all where you have gotten your experiance wrongriki ! Tell us all the union negotiations you've sat in on !!Let us know where you have gotten your "FACTS"!Again wrongriki has no merit or logic and lives in a fantasy land !!! Apparently wrongriki either cant read or doesnt have the capacity to understand that its constant barrage of lies and halftruths have absolutely no truth to in its posts ! This is what everyone tries to tell you dum-dum ! Over and over the same crap that has no basis in fact ! Debunked and refuted !
